Innovative – You must have a unique business concept that is unlike anything else on the market.
It’s a viable business with room to expand.

If you want to start an innovative business in the UK, it has to be different from anything else on the market.
You must be endorsed by one of the following organisations:
a university in the United Kingdom
A business that has a history of assisting UK entrepreneurs.
You cannot join a business that is currently in operation if you have a new idea.
Innovative – You must have a unique business concept that stands out from the competition.
It is viable since it has the capacity to grow.
A Graduate Trainee visa allows you to go to or work in the United Kingdom for your employer’s UK branch.
Your employment must be suitable for a managerial or specialist capacity and be part of a graduate training programme.
The Intra-company Graduate Trainee visa has been superseded by the Tier 2 (Intra-company Transfer) Graduate Trainee visa.
If you are not enrolled in a graduate training programme, a Senior or Specialist Worker visa may allow you to work for your company’s UK branch.
A UK Expansion Worker visa allows you to travel to the UK to establish a branch of a foreign company that has not yet begun trading in the UK.
You must have previously worked for the overseas company as a senior manager or a specialist.
If your company is currently operating in the United Kingdom, you should instead apply for a Senior or Specialist Worker visa.
To be eligible for a UK Expansion Worker visa, you must meet the following requirements:
Have a valid sponsorship certificate from your workplace.
Have you ever worked for your company outside of the UK?
Work in one of the qualified vocations on the list.
Get paid the legal minimum wage for your position.
If your foreign employer is relocating you to the UK to work for a different organisation, you must apply for this visa.
The UK organisation must have a high-value contract with your foreign employer.
If your contract qualifies you for a Secondment Worker visa, your company will let you know.
Be a current employee of a foreign company with a high-value contract with your UK sponsor that has been approved by the Home Office.
Have spent at least 12 months working for your overseas employer outside of the UK
Have a ‘certificate of sponsorship’ from your sponsor that details the job you’ll be doing in the UK.
Perform a job from the list of eligible vocations in the United Kingdom.
If you have a contract to offer services for a UK firm, you can apply for a Service Supplier visa.

A freelancer based in another country.
Be an employee of an international company or a self-employed service provider based in another country.
Be offering a service to a UK business under the terms of a legal international trade agreement.
Working in a qualified job – even if your employment isn’t, you might be eligible if you have the right credentials and experience.
Have a ‘certificate of sponsorship’ from your UK sponsor, detailing the job you’ll be doing there.
Have worked for your employer for at least 12 months outside the UK, or have at least 12 months’ professional experience if you’re a self-employed service provider
